All about me

I am an experienced business executive with over 20 years specialising in working with both consumer and business customers, with a passion for building high performing teams in fast growth businesses.

Within various roles, including in as CCO, VP/SVP and director level, I set the strategic direction and have operational responsibility for global customer functions including Professional Services, Customer Success, PMO and Managed Services.

I enjoy building new business models which I'm sharing on this site and I welcome all and any feedback. Positive and negative included, we only grow and improve from listening to criticism as well as praise.

Mission statement – To grow my own skills and experiences by talking to, sharing with and learning from others across the CX and SAAS networks. To push myself out of my comfort zone trying new things and stretching my abilities. 

With a background acting as a mentor and mentee I am available to support others in our network if I can provide you with value. 

I am also an experienced keynote speaker/presenter having enjoyed time on stage at various conferences and events on topics from Professional Services, Customer Success, Leadership and Customer Experience.
